WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

The Gifting Team is based in Christchurch with both our head office and dispatch team all under one roof.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN POP IN AND VISIT?

No, Providore is an online store. Our dispatch team process and pack everything to order to ensure it is exactly how you want it and that the contents are as fresh as possible. We do however offer click and collect.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. We are closed weekends and public holidays including Canterbury Anniversary Day.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship all over New Zealand and the world - not sure if we can ship to your address? Check it here.

 

I WANT TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM; HOW DOES THAT WORK?

You can add multiple items to your cart and check out that way, or if you are wanting to place a bulk order email sales@providoregifts.co.nz and they will send it through. 

 

CAN I PICK UP MY GIFT?

Yes of course, click and collect is available in Christchurch only. Simply select this option at checkout and one of the team members will be in touch to let you know when its ready.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Yes! We can customise your gifts, and love helping you create the perfect gift every time! We can tailor any of our gifts to suit you or the recipients' preferences, or simply give us a brief and budget and we will create you a selection of options to choose from.

 

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE PACKAGING?

Our gifts come in sleek, custom designed black boxes, and we can customise the boxes, ribbons, tissue paper, stickers etc to all reflect your brand not ours. 

 

HOW DOES MY GIFT TURN UP?

Our team take great care in ensuring that your gift turns up packed with love and care. We make sure that no billing details are included anywhere, not even the name of the gift (so don't worry about sending a "Daddy Cool" to your boss, they'll never know). Each gift comes with a perfectly placed message card so you can let them know who its from. 

 

WHERE ARE MY TRACKING DETAILS?

You can find your tracking details on your invoice; this is sent out as soon as your gift is picked up by our carrying partners. Keep an eye on it! We try our best to monitor the gifts we send however if you notice that the parcel hasn't been delivered on time, please let us know so we can enquire to the courier team on your behalf.
